Nosie Ordinance

Question: Is there a local noise ordinance in neighborhoods? I’m new to the area and really love but my neighbors have a nasty habit of putting their howling hound out after 10 pm and it doesn’t seem to like to it much….I’m not really comfortable with asking them directly to be good neighbors until I know something: is there a noise ordinance law here? I couldn’t find a link to the P.D. here.
