Keep Whitehouse Beautiful?
I don’t like being negative about the ciy I live in, but, entering Whitehouse from the north the city has an appearance issue. The first thing people see on the left side of Hwy 110 is an RV junkyard, water tanks(?)painted the ugliest color imaginable (how about painting them maroon or white with Whitehouse Wildcats in white or maroon letters), and a tire company that’s allowed to stack a mountain of used tires beside the building in plain site from the highway. Also, why is a brand new building (with a Mexican food resturaunt, Chiropractor, and Judo school) allowed to put cheap looking plywood signs out front? Does the City of Whitehouse not have any type of sign ordinance, other than no garage sale signs on telephone poles? Would love to see the appearance of Whitehouse improved on Hwy 110, and these were just a few observations.
