Whitehouse picked up its third district win of the season Friday after beating Marshall in four games at Wildcat Arena.

The Ladycats, who improved to 15-7 on the season and 3-1 in District 17-4A, defeated the Lady Mavericks, 25-13, 25-23, 24-26, 25-20.

Standouts for Whitehouse were Courtney McFarlin (18 digs, 11 points, six kills), Brittani Toole (13 kills, 11 digs, 18 service points, three aces, three blocks), Joanna Blake (23 assists, 23 service points, three aces), Amy Mulgrew (nine kills, 12 service points) and Jordan Knight (six kills).
