WHITEHOUSE ATTACK

A Tyler man has been indicted with aggravated sexual assault in connection with the attack of a woman at a Whitehouse business on Aug. 11.
Nathaniel Hawkins Jr., 24, allegedly entered The Market, 303 N. Texas Highway 110, and attacked a 20-year-old woman, police said.
Officers converged on the area and Hawkins was taken into custody about 30 minutes later as he attempted to get into his car.
Police said the woman reported that he threatened to kill her if she told anyone.
