Whitehouse Takes JT JV Tourney

Whitehouse’s junior varsity netters claimed the championship title of the John Tyler JV Volleyball Tournament with a 25-16, 12-25, 15-8 tournament win over Lindale on Saturday.
The John Tyler Lady Lions claimed third place with a 25-9, 25-11 win over Rusk. The Lady Raiders of Robert E. Lee won the consolation bracket with a 25-19, 24-26, 25-19 win over Tatum.
All-Tournament Team members include: Shelby Laird of Lee, Claudia Biramontes of John Tyler, Molly Miller of Rusk, Whitney Binder and Brooke Martin of Lindale, and Stephany Crawford and Katy Kidwell of Whitehouse.
